Edustus: Isänpäivän kunniaksi kotiin tuomisina täysi pistepotti

Ensiksikin onnea kaikille isille Isänpäivänä. Mikäpäs sen mukavampaa kuin ottaa mittaa toisista salibandyn merkeissä.

PieSa – SB Raatti 4 – 5 (1-1, 2-2, 1-2)
Ensimmäisessä ottelussa vastaan asettui jo ennalta tasaiseksi vastustajaksi todettu ja tiedetty Pielaveden Sampo. Ottelusta muodostuikin oikea trilleri, koska maaleja tehtiin tasatahtiin. Ensimmäisestä maalista vastasi PieSa. Erän puolen välin jälkeen hyvän päätykarvauksen ansiosta, avautui maalintekopaikka Vesa Jääskeläiselle, joka ei erehtynyt. Molempien joukkueiden maalivahdit esittivät toinen toistaan parempia paraatiapelastuksia samalla, kun pelaajat uhrautuivat armotta pallojen eteen. Ensimmäinen erä päättyi maalein 1-1, vaikka maalipaikkoja oli molemmissa päissä yllin kyllin.

Toiseen erään lähdettiin jostain syystä hieman pehmeästi ja PieSa rokottikin heti 9 sekunnin kohdalla. Tästä reilu 5 minuuttia ja häkki kolisi jo kolmannen kerran. Raatin paketti oli aavistuksen sekaisin ja palloja menetettiin keksialueella liikaa. Mutta huikeassa vedossa ollut puolustajan paikalta laitaan nostettu Antti Kivinen oli toista mieltä ja teki kavennuksen vajaa minuutti takaiskusta. Erä oli vaikeahko, mutta onneksi erän loppupuolella Arto Taskinen onnistui maalinteossa tarkalla sijoituksella taka-alakulmaan Joni Toivasen namupassista. Erätauolle lähdettiin siis tasalukemista 3-3.

Kolmanteen erään painotettiin terävyyttä ja ilme erässä olikin heti erilainen. Raatti koki kuitenkin harmittavan takaiskun, kun PieSan pelaaja karkasi läpiajoon oman hyökkäyspään vapaalyönnin jälkitilanteesta ja teki varman maalin. Pelin ote siirtyi yhä enemmän valkopaidoille, kun Joni Toivanen tasoitti ottelun ajassa 38:50 Jani Riekkisen tarjoillessa uransa 50 pisteensä. Ja heti perään seuraavassa vaihdossa Kivinen iski ottelun toisensa Miikka Hanskin esityöstä siirtäen Raatin ensi kertaa ottelussa johtoon. Erän loppu päästiin pelaamaan vielä ylivoimalla, jonka tarkoituksena oli pelata kellosta loput minuutit pois, vaikka maali olikin lähellä pariin otteeseen tolpan ja yläriman muodossa. Aivan ottelun lopussa molempien joukkueiden pelaajien tunteet kuumenivat ja lähellä oli jopa NHL:sta tuttu joukkotappelu, mutta onneksi tilanne raukesi kättelyiden merkeissä. Taas kerran loistava ja tasainen vääntö PieSaa vastaan, joka päättyi Raatin arvokkaaseen 4-5 voittoon.

SB Raatti – E-KI II 3 – 2 (0-0, 3-2, 0-0)
Toiseen otteluun oli tarkoitus lähteä saman taktiikan turvin, mutta yllätyksenä tuli E-Kin kova prässi heti alkuminuuteilla. Otteluun päästiin kuitenkin hyvin mukaan ja vaarallisia maalipaikkoja oli molemmissa päissä. Erä tasattiin kuitenkin maaleitta.

Toinen erä tarjosi sitten viihdettä koko rahan turvin. Taas kerran Raatin pojat lähtivät toiseen erään pehmeästi, kuten päivän ensimmäisessä ottelussa. Sekä ykkös- että kakkos kentälle takaiskumaali omiin peräkkäisissä vaihdossa ja oltiin kahden maalin takaa-ajo asemassa. Tasoitusta ei kuitenkaan kauaa tarvittu odottaa, kun Jääskeläinen tarjoili Taskiselle maalin takikselle, eikä Raatin tämän hetken maalitykki erehtynyt paikasta. Erää tahkottiin tasaiseen tahtiin, kun Raatin puolustuksessa edukseen esiintynyt Henry Viitala otti jäähyn kiinnipitämisestä. Alivoima kulminoituikin Raatin pelastukseksi ja käännekohdaksi erässä, kun Jääskeläinen – Kivinen kaksikko karkasi 2-1 hyökkäykseen ja kilautteli verkkoa alivoiman kunniaksi. Samalla Vesa Jääskeläinen saavutti sadannen pisteensä SB Raatin paidassa. Onnittelut Vesalle saavutuksesta. Erän viime sekunneilla loistavan karvauksen jälkitilanteesta Kivinen pääsi nousemaan maalille ja napautti päivän neljännensä rystyllä etukulmaan. Erä tauolle siirryttiin tilanteessa 3-2.

Kolmas erä oli tasaista ja maalipaikkoja oli molemmissa päissä. Raatin ykkönen koostumuksessa Aho – Jääskeläinen – Korkalainen esitti kertaalleen pitkän pyörityksen hyökkäyspäässä, josta ei kuitenkaan saatu aikaiseksi lisäosumia, vaikka maalipaikkoja oli lukuisia. Erän loppupuolella myös Raatin maalivahti Markus Aho esitti parasta osaamistaan kopaten pari läpiajoa kiinni. Myös Raatin puolustuskolmikko Mikko Turunen, Henry Viitala ja Sami Räsänen pitivät huolen siitä, ettei maalilla ollut ylimääräistä tilaa, johti tällä kertaa päivän toiseen voittoon ja täyteen piste pottiin Isänpäivän turnauksesta.

Loistava turnaus kaikin puolin, vaikka hienosäätöä on vielä monella osa-alueella. Huikea parannus viime kertaisiin esityksiin nähden ja ansaitut 4 pistettä. Kivinen oli tänään kyllä huikeassa vedossa, niin kuin koko joukkue. Kaikki onnistuivat tänään, eikä kukaan alisuorittanut. Kiitoksena pelaajat saivat tärkeimmän, joukkueen pistepotti kasvoi neljällä, hehkutti pelaajavalmentajakapteeni Pekka Aho turnauksen jälkeen.

Turnauksen starat:

*** Antti Kivinen, nosto laituriksi näytti tuottavan tulosta. Hyvät tehot (4+0) kertovat ainakin laukauksien määrästä, mutta varsinkin E-KI pelissä tasoitus AV:lla ja hetken perään yksilökarvauksena voittomaali, oli tänään elementissään. Myös voittomaali PieSa peliin, joten 3 tähteä ansaittu.

** Markus Aho, kuusi päästettyä maalia kahdessa pelissä kertoo jo paljon. Varmat otteet ja muutamia huippupelastuksia ja läpiajoja.

* Vesa Jääskeläinen, pelasi pirteästi ja varsinkin puolustuspäässä teki töitä joukkueen eteen. Myös tärkeät tehot 1+2 sekä uransa 100. piste.

SB Raatin ottelut jatkuvat kolmen viikon kuluttua 3.12.2011 Kuopiossa, jolloin vastaan asettuvat XXL-kriisi ja Ulma. Ennen kauden jatkumista Nilsiässä tapahtuu Nilsiän joulunavauksen muodossa, jolloin SB Raatti järjestää hyväntekeväisyys- ja messutapahtuman Nilsiän liikuntahallilla 26.11.2011. Olethan paikalla ja ottamassa osaa toisen kerran järjestettävään Joulu tapahtumaan.
