TuuU vei kuitenkin lopulta ottelun nimiinsä 3-2 ja Eki lukemin 6-1. Raatin parhaina pelaajina palkittiin maalivahti Jasmin Riekkinen ja puolustaja Mirva Lukkarinen.
Raatin joukkue ei yltänyt tällä kertaa valtakunnalliseen SM-sarjaan, vaan aloittaa varsinaiset runkosarjanottelunsa aluejatkosarjassa. Aluejatkosarjassa on mukana Savo-Karjalan ja Kaakkois-Suomen yhdistetyjen lohkojen joukkueet, jotka eivät SM-sarjaan yltäneet. Runkosarjassa on mukana 9 joukkuetta ja pelataan kaksinkertainen sarja eli 16 ottelua. Panokset ovat korkeat, sillä aluejatkosarjan paras joukkue pääsee suoraan SM-sarjan playoffeihin, jossa on mahdollisuus voittaa vaikka SM-kultaa.
